Appointment Scheduling, Late and Cancellation Policies

All of the employees of a3 logo believe that respect is of utmost importance. We respect you as our client and your time, and expect the same in return. We know how precious time is to all of us. As such, we have policies in place to protect your time and ours.

Each appointment scheduled at a3 logo will be secured with a credit card. This will ensure your appointment time is locked in and that you will be seen promptly. We strive to make friendly reminder calls 24 hours prior to your appointment, however it is your responsibility to make it to your appointment as scheduled.

We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you have a moment to relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage. Should you arrive to your appointment late, we may have to reschedule, depending on the service you are scheduled to receive, and you will be charged a percentage of the scheduled treatment fee.

If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged a minimum of $100 directly to your card on file.
