I’ve always struggled with my weight. I’ve been a size 4, and a size 24! I thought I was destined to be an overweight person, with aches and pains, numerous allergies, brittle nails, thinning hair, the driest skin I had ever seen, foggy thinking, lethargy and generally thought this was life “after 30”.
